How do I make a booking?

During peak times, we may allocate a set dining time (usually 1.5–2 hours) so we can welcome all our guests. If you’d like to stay longer, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you require a deposit for bookings?

For standard reservations, no deposit is usually required. For larger groups, special events, or peak dates, we may ask for a small deposit or card details to secure the booking. This will be clearly shown when you reserve.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or amend your booking up to a certain time before your reservation (typically 24 hours) by calling the team on 01772 257133. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or loss of deposit for larger bookings.

Do you accept large group bookings or private events?
